In this program series from PBS you gt to see some genuine cooking as well as tour some really interesting places known only to those in the trade. Actually, I really enjoyed this series & look forward to seeing more of David Chang & associates. Very smart and entertaining. Then I watched Momofuku Milk Bar's Christina Tosi make this insane banana cream pie in the 'Rotten' episode of David Chang's The Mind of a Chef (which you must watch, if you're anything like me). There is a lot going on with this show that is hard to describe... it's NOT a typical cooking show at all. Posted on March 25, 2015 August 19, 2015 by PBS Hawai‘i . This means that he has the skill, the devotion, and the inventive mind to be worthy of the term "Chef". Pluses are, the guy is pretty funny and he's got funny friends that also drop in to gnash with him so those are the perks. I'm sad the season is over!
