My partner James and I caught many large 3-4.5lb smallmouth on the main-lake rock edges and isolated deep weed patches en-route to a 25.60 lb. Girl Lake has an excellent population of northern, bass and bluegill. Early afternoon fish for buckets and got small fish in the shallows. I went by the beds I saw yesterday and found fish but again could get only 1 to bite.
