In SharePoint Server 2010, the Team Site template home page is a wiki page. It is very disappointing that the meeting notes option is not production-ready.
Most people will be assigned the No Access role. Every user is assigned one or more roles which together define their access rights. The chances of someone other than the author knowing which section a piece of information is in is near-zero. Three dot menus give you the link to the page or section and ability to move page/section up or down and to delete it. Usually when items are deleted in SharePoint they end up in the Recycle bin.
Searching Wiki Content should be possibly at least from the main search bar within Teams but a dedicated search in a wiki would make it also easier (to exclude search results outside of it).

Other wise the point of sifting through tons of wiki to find content is unusable.
