spectrum 5ghz not working

I've tried all three channels and nothing seems to be working, I get a strong signal on the 2.4ghz band but no internet access.

However, radio waves in higher bands are also absorbed more easily by gases in the air, trees, and nearby buildings. We can't do any sort of spectrum analysis in 5Ghz on 105s. If you are NOT a subscriber to Spectrum's VoIP telephone service, there are at least two more options to try. One is to have Spectrum replace the TG1672 with a newer Spectrum modem+router that supports the 802.11 AC protocol on 5 GHz WiFi channels.
