samsung smart tv not finding any wireless network

Even after multiple refreshes no network appears.

Let's try doing a network test on the TV. But now it will not recognize any of the wifi networks around me. When I search for a wireless network nothing comes up at all though thereshould be at least three or four that would normally be within range. In the "Tools" menu select "Settings".
