Any dealings I've had with the Lightspeed service or account personnel have always been quick, polite & completely satisfactory. Note that I signed up for its Internet and phone bundle for just over $50 per month after tax, so I’ll review its phone service in another post. I have not had to call customer service for anything but if I have to, I doubt that I will get questions resolved swiftly. This was the WORST service provider. I request for assistance and they tell me the most they can do is guide me to restart the system and that they don't have anyone to come and help me fix the problem.Would still recommend. Bottom line I would recommend but beware that it will not come with the highest customer service or quality but priced wellI switched from Telus to Lightspeed three months ago. Building out and managing your stock inventory is a core feature on the retail front and that’s covered suitably well by the Lightspeed system. You get unlimited internet on cable for $45 a month compared to the same from Shaw for $75. Comparable plans with Shaw are well over twice the price and have caps on data (not that we use a great amount, but it is nice to not have to watch a cap). Combining these components together means that the support aspect of Lightspeed seems to be of a very good standard indeed.Personalized packages can help you squeeze more out of the system and you’ll find that Lightspeed packs in lots of reporting and analytics to further beef up the key features of the various options it offers.
