Any dealings I've had with the Lightspeed service or account personnel have always been quick, polite & completely satisfactory. Note that I signed up for its Internet and phone bundle for just over $50 per month after tax, so I’ll review its phone service in another post. I have not had to call customer service for anything but if I have to, I doubt that I will get questions resolved swiftly. This was the WORST service provider. I request for assistance and they tell me the most they can do is guide me to restart the system and that they don't have anyone to come and help me fix the problem.Would  still recommend. Also support is a bit of a mixed bag, sometimes you speak to the wrong support guys not willing to help.
