So far I have invested 4 hours over the course of 2 days and Telus technical support just cuts the calls.I did some online searches and people are saying to call Telus for cancellation and they can transfer the call to technical service at an expedited level.I will try this tomorrow. I have a separate router and will not be using the modem's wireless functionality. When we ship out any new XB6 modems, you may receive an Arris TG3482 or Technicolor CGM4141. It has only 4 and I believe 4 up channels ( we currently only have 3 bonded up}.The TM822G would probably be better than a gateway modem since all it is just a bridge.
