Although it was tasty, the meat was not trimmed properly and the steak and steak salad were 50% hard gristle, as hard as bone and almost impossible to separate from the actual meat once cooked. This Friday, July 17th, we’re releasing a brand new barrel-aged beer, "B4 (Boujee Blonde Berry Barrel)." This french dip gets a solid 4.7; the ONLY thing stopping this from a 5 star is the bread. The fact that this place has no heart jumps out at you pretty quick once inside. The photo shows the hard gristle that was eventually cut away from a steak. Food sat waiting for a long time before it would go out to tables.Came in recently on a non-busy Sunday evening with my friend and will not ever come back! Yes, the vault. Great casual vibe. It's a great place for sandwiches and salads, but their speciality is prime rib. I ate what I could and when Becky came back to drop off our bill she politely notified me that she removed the crispy chicken sandwich off of the bill, I thanked her and marked this gesture of good customer service until she proceeded to go into the back show the chef the plate and mock me for complaining! You have to try the jambalya soup, get some bread with it and you are in New Orleans heaven. I had the baby backs and they were quite solid. If you are in the area, you have to stop and eat here! This is even after I made eye contact and tried to get her attention twice, she continued to make us wait. God, it's just perfection...however... they need to include fresh vanilla beans in their custard, and the sugar top, though perfectly torched, does not need a dash of powdered sugar....just No...it does not need it. Glad we stopped in here! The food and service are excellent. We had the unfortunate experience of being waited on by Becky who at first seemed attentive, but after we weren't ready to order the two times she asked within five minutes, she left us waiting for 20 minutes before allowing us to take our order. But, I will definitely be back, it's just that Damn Good!!!
